MANILA, Philippines – As it did in the earlier events organized by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) for 2016, Rappler will provide the public an extensive, blow-by-blow coverage of the last presidential debate on Sunday, April 24.
The 3rd and last leg of the presidential debate series will be held at the Phinma University of Pangasinan in Dagupan City from 6 to 9 pm, and will gather all 5 candidates for the last time before election day.
In a town hall meeting format, presidential bets Jejomar Binay, Miriam Defensor Santiago, Rodrigo Duterte, Grace Poe, and Manuel Roxas II will answer questions from sectoral representatives whom Comelec media partner ABS-CBN will be flying in from different provinces.

The next half of the program will feature a face-off between candidates, who will be paired by drawing lots.
