A netizen named Shiela P. Francisco got angry after seeing a video footage of ABS-CBN’s news report citing a wrong attribution of Duterte’s alleged illegally owned properties.
She told ABS-CBN in her Facebook account:
“Attention ABS-CBN this is our house and not the Duterte’s. I demand that you take this photo down!”
Shiela Francisco has probably deleted the post in her account because we couldn’t find it. Instead we’ve found a screenshot of the post from from Aiza Seguerra’s partner, CY Diño Seguerra.
“Investigative journalism at its best,” CY said sarcastically.
Moreover, Lea Salonga also was infuriated about this bad reporting by ABS-CBN. She said:

They’ll do anything and everything to stay in power.
Lea replied:
That’s true, but still. Whatever happened to fact-checking before going in guns blazing? Oh, right. Two words: The Peninsula.
