Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Francis Tolentino, was seen without a helmet, rides a motorcycle on his way to EDSA Mandaluyong area to help manage the traffic on Wednesday. Traffic woes in Metro Manila is expected to last for 15 years due to increasing number of vehicles and construction of infrastructure projects, according to MMDA.--via
